Located in Potomac, this residence offers single-level living with soaring ceilings and wide-open vistas. Inspired by the California modern aesthetic, the house has clean lines throughout the exterior design and an interior that promotes an indoor-outdoor feel.
NATURAL MATERIALS AND NATURAL LIGHT
The clients came to us with a desire for a home that would allow for them to age in place. They wanted the home to integrate natural building materials throughout the exterior design of the facade as well as create an interior that was filled with light and had ample space to showcase their art collection gathered over a lifetime.
A HOME NESTLED INTO THE HILLSIDE
The final result is a home that nestles into the hillside, blurs the line between the interior living space and the natural landscape surrounding it, and provides the “WOW factor” the clients had longed to achieve.
