What is Interior Architectural Design?

An Interior Architectural Designer creates spaces for functional living, taking into account the homeowner’s lifestyle. This includes the selection and placement of plumbing, lighting and electrical systems.

Designing Your Interior Spaces

Your designer will work with you to develop a design concept for your interior spaces, accompany you on several showroom visits, develop your final design portfolio, and assist with finalizing your selections.

PLUMBING

From the Kitchen sink to the Owner’s Bath, careful selection and placement of plumbing fixtures can greatly enhance the functionality of the space.

LIGHTING

When choosing decorative light fixtures and placement for recessed lights, your designer will help ensure each space is optimally lit, taking into account natural light per the windows of your floor plan.

ELECTRICAL

Once you’re settling into your new home you’ll be thrilled with the convenience of having placed electrical outlets, USB charging ports and the outlet for your electric car charger exactly where you need them most.

CABINETS

Choosing cabinetry goes well beyond selecting a color. Different styles and placement can drastically effect the overall aesthetic and function of any space.
